LightBurn integration
Short answer: Export projects that open in LightBurn with the layers set. Patch, PMAG, laser and engraving exports write LightBurn (.lbrn) projects with one layer per pass, so you open the file and run.
What it does
- Writes LightBurn (.lbrn) projects
- One layer per engrave shade or pass
- Cut lines on their own layer
Set it up
- Design: In any laser-capable builder.
- Export: Choose LightBurn in the export dialog.
- Run: Open the file in LightBurn.
Builders that use it
Before and after
Before: Importing an SVG and rebuilding every layer.
After: A project with the layers already in place.
Common worries, answered
Connecting LightBurn sounds technical.
It's a sign-in, not a project. You connect LightBurn from your Print Laser Pro settings and it keeps itself connected.
I'll have to keep two systems in sync by hand.
That's what the integration is for. Products, orders and files move on their own, and you work from one place.
It won't fit how my shop already works.
Keep the tools you already use. Print Laser Pro adds the builders and production files around them.
