Patch Builder
Short answer: From a customer's logo to a cut-ready patch file in minutes, not an evening in Illustrator. One builder for UV printed, laser engraved, textured UV, leatherette and acrylic patches. Pick the shape and material, place the art, and get a print file and a matching cut line in the same export.
Who it is for
Patch makers, hat shops and anyone selling custom patches with a UV printer or a laser.
How it works
- Pick the patch: Choose the method (UV print or laser engrave), the shape, the size and the material.
- Add the artwork: Upload a logo, type text or start from a template. Remove the background with one click.
- Check the cut line: The contour cut line follows the artwork and stays separate from the print.
- Export: Download the print file and cut file together, or send the order to production.

Before and after
Before: Tracing the logo, offsetting a cut line by hand, guessing at the size, then emailing a mockup back and forth before anything gets made.
After: Drop the logo on a real patch shape, see the material and the cut line instantly, and export the print and cut files together.
Common worries, answered
Design software is complicated.
The Patch Builder opens on guided steps: pick a product, add your art, check the preview, export. Every advanced setting is there when you want it and out of the way when you don't.
I'm not a designer.
You don't have to be. Start from a template, upload a logo or type a name. Background removal, cleanup and AI artwork tools do the fiddly parts for you.
My customers won't design their own.
They don't have to either. Use it yourself for quotes and production, or put the same builder in your store so customers order exactly what they see.

Frequently asked questions
Which machines does it export for?
UV printers through PNG, TIFF and eufyMake Studio files, and lasers through LightBurn, xTool Creative Space, SVG and DXF. The cut line is its own layer so your cutter or laser reads it separately.
Can it do textured or raised UV?
Yes. Textured UV is an option of the UV print side, with a raised-ink plan you control with sliders and export as color and depth files.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. The test drive opens the builders in your browser after you enter your email, with nothing to install. Saving to an account, AI tools and production file export unlock when you sign up.
