Print Laser Pro

Embroidery Builder

Short answer: Know the stitch count before you quote. Design embroidered patches, read existing stitch files for counts and quality checks, and export DST files for common embroidery machines.

Who it is for

Embroidery shops and patch makers.

How it works

  1. Design or upload: Start a patch design or load an existing stitch file.
  2. Check it: See stitch count, size, thread use and warnings for tiny or long stitches.
  3. Quote: Use the numbers to price the job.
  4. Export: Download the DST file for the machine.

What it makes

  • Embroidered patches
  • Embroidered hats

Files it exports

  • DST (Tajima, Melco, Wilcom)
  • Patch mockup PNG

Before and after

Before: Quoting from a guess and finding out at the machine that the design is twice the stitches you priced.

After: Read the stitch file, see counts, trims and thread use, and quote from real numbers.

Common worries, answered

Design software is complicated.

The Embroidery Builder opens on guided steps: pick a product, add your art, check the preview, export. Every advanced setting is there when you want it and out of the way when you don't.

I'm not a designer.

You don't have to be. Start from a template, upload a logo or type a name. Background removal, cleanup and AI artwork tools do the fiddly parts for you.

My customers won't design their own.

They don't have to either. Use it yourself for quotes and production, or put the same builder in your store so customers order exactly what they see.

Frequently asked questions

Which stitch files can it read?

DST, EXP, DSB and PES files are read in your browser for counts and checks. They are never uploaded.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. The test drive opens the builders in your browser after you enter your email, with nothing to install. Saving to an account, AI tools and production file export unlock when you sign up.
